🎉 Thunderbird Hero of the Week! 🎉
This week, we proudly recognize Mr. Khavoi Martin as our Thunderbird Hero of the Week! 🎶✨
Mr. Martin was nominated for his outstanding work with the K-2 Christmas Concert before winter break. The students were exceptionally well-prepared and represented Edwards beautifully during the event.
Thank you, Mr. Martin, for your dedication and hard work. We truly appreciate all that you do to make Edwards shine! 🌟👏

Due to the 2-Hour Delayed start this morning, the Spelling Bee will be rescheduled for Thursday, January 9th at 9:00AM.

Due to the forecast of below-freezing conditions and the potential for today’s precipitation to freeze on roadways, Nash County Public Schools will operate on a 2-hour delay for staff and students on Tuesday, January 7, 2025. Essential personnel should report at their regular time, provided it is safe to do so.
Breakfast will be available at schools. Students may be dropped off 40 minutes prior to the start of their school day.
Thank you for your understanding. Please stay safe in this weather. For any inquiries, contact your respective school. All after-school activities and athletic programs will proceed as usual.
