The updated calendar reflecting these changes has been placed on both the NCPS and ECHS websites.

· Also this week, our scholars enrolled in Biology, Math 1, and Math 3 will take their NC Check-in benchmark assessments. Teachers have informed scholars regarding which day they will take their assessment.
· The grading period for this term will end on Oct. 15th , and report cards will be available on Oct. 21st.
· On Wednesday, Oct. 16th, we are asking our scholars to wear orange in support of National Anti-Bullying Awareness Month.

Finally, SGA and NHS ask you to bring school supplies to donate to our Early College family at Buncombe Early College, which is located in Asheville, NC. Many of their scholars have suffered tremendous loss. Let's donate school supplies to help them when they return to school. Each AVID teacher has a box in their room for you to place the supplies you bring! See the flyer below for the details.
